Meet George:
coach, consultant & facilitator

Mission: Advise & engage with good people doing transformational work

to produce strong & resilient organizations, people & projects.

Coaching at the Crossroads: Where I Thrive

While I enjoy working with a variety of clients, I give and get particular energy coaching people at a crossroads - whether it be with first-time leaders (startups, emerging managers, public figures, nonprofit, etc), and equally those pivoting to a leadership change (succession, transfer from founder, transformations in organizations & careers).

At the crossroads, how you proceed matters.
