Each of our services is delivered with a human-centered, client-focused, holistic systems perspective grounded in positive psychology to navigate change, build capacity, evolve culture, develop people & improve operations.

  • Coaching your team as a leader: Managing people takes time, intention, and energy. Explore how taking a coaching approach (vs mentoring or micromanaging) with your team might help to unlock potential, embed accountability, and shape how you and your teams show up. We’ll cover what is coaching (and what it’s not), coaching assumptions, coaching mindset, coaching skills, coaching styles, some key questions and models. We’ll explore some practical ways to network at work, in the community, and within your profession by practicing and preparing to network with your own networking plan and story.   • Building Better Boards: Roles & Responsibilities: We’ll explore the role of the board, responsibilities and accountabilities of boards, the lifecycle of nonprofits, and touch on tools and terms like job descriptions, term limits, and rules.
  • Building Better Boards: Recruiting to Give & Get: We’ll explore what you hope to give and get from potential board members, as well as some key questions potential board members may ask that you’ll want to be prepared to answer!
